I was in a pitch black room and I started floating. I looked down to see how high I floated up and noticed a glow in the dark cord attached to me. I tugged it to see if something was on the other side of it but it felt like an anchor. Then I turned around and there was a mirror in front of me. It was me in the mirror saying "it's okay ur safe just go with it just go with it" and then I felt suffocated in my dream and real life and woke straight up.

The feeling of suffocation in the dream and in real life upon waking up could suggest a feeling of being overwhelmed by stress or anxiety. It may be a sign that you need to address any underlying fears or concerns that are weighing you down and holding you back.
Overall, this dream may be urging you to confront and release any subconscious fears or limitations that are preventing you from fully embracing and enjoying life. It could be a call to trust in yourself, to let go of what no longer serves you, and to move forward with confidence and courage.
